He’s not a villain but GOD for migrant workers! : Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, a lot of migrant workers are stuck in various parts of the country and are finding it extremely difficult to cope with the daunting impacts of the virus on society. Actor Sonu Sood says he is pained by the plight of migrant workers who are unable to go back home amid the nationwide lockdown and he will do everything he can to arrange transportation for them.
Recently, multiple buses left Wadala, Mumbai to various parts of Uttar Pradesh including Lucknow, Hardoi, Pratapgarh, and Siddharthnagar as well as to states like Jharkhand and Bihar. Amidst the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Sood has taken extra precautions and after several efforts, managed to get official permissions from the UP state government to send migrants to their home towns. In reel life, he is a villain but in real life, he is a god for migrant workers.
“ I will continue sending migrants home until the last migrant reunites with his family and loved ones. This is something close to my heart and I will give it my all.” Sonu Sood says.
