Vikram’s next is a classic gangster drama? : Actor Vikram and his son Dhruv are set to share screen space. Tentatively titled Chiyaan 60, the movie will be directed by Karthik Subbaraj. It is always a treat to see a real-life father-son duo play the same roles in a movie together. Tamil superstar Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram has been signed for his second film and the young actor will be sharing the screen space with his father for the very first time. Dubbed Chiyaan60, the project will be produced by Seven Screen Studio and will have music by Anirudh Ravichander.
Lalit Kumar, who is producing the film, says that, “Karthik had narrated the script to Vikram two months ago, and the actor really liked the script. All that I can say for now is that the film will be a gangster drama. We are looking at going on floors two months after the lockdown is lifted.” On the career front, Vikram will be next seen on screen in Cobra. The project, which marks the third collaboration of Vikram and AR Rahman after Raavanan (2010) and I (2015), stars former Indian pacer Irrfan Pathan as the antagonist and this project marks his acting debut.
